Minor Illness Consultations
Minor illness assessments are provided by Letittia, a qualified Adult Nurse who completed her training in 2013. Since 2016, she has been working as a Nurse Practitioner within a GP surgery, with extensive experience in assessing, diagnosing, and managing a wide range of minor illnesses and acute presentations.
Letittia has a particular clinical interest in respiratory conditions and has developed specialist knowledge and expertise in this area through her ongoing clinical practice. She is a qualified Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP), enabling her to deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based prescribing as part of patient care.
She has completed a range of advanced clinical training programmes at the University of the West of England (UWE), including Physical Assessment and Clinical Reasoning, Pathophysiology and Diagnostic Reasoning, and Minor Illness and Minor Injury in Children. These qualifications support her advanced clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.
