For your safety, we are unable to assess or treat:

Severe or rapidly spreading cellulitis with systemic illness (fever, confusion, severe pain)

Suspected sepsis or acutely unwell patients

Severe allergic reactions (e.g. facial swelling, breathing difficulty)
-
Deep skin abscesses requiring surgical drainage

Unexplained changing moles or suspected skin cancer
-
Severe widespread scabies outbreaks in vulnerable care settings requiring public health management
-
Children with severe or worsening infections requiring urgent paediatric assessment
