🚫 Who We Are Unable to See in Clinic

 For your safety, we are unable to assess or treat patients with:

• Severe shortness of breath or difficulty speaking

• Chest pain 

• Coughing up blood

• Oxygen levels significantly reduced (if known)

• Confusion, drowsiness, or collapse

• Suspected pneumonia requiring hospital assessment

• Chronic cough lasting more than 4 weeks

• Children under 5

• Complex or unstable medical conditions
