For your safety, we are unable to assess or treat:

• Severe nodulocystic acne requiring specialist dermatology care

• Suspected skin cancer or unexplained changing lesions

• Severe rosacea with eye involvement (ocular rosacea requiring urgent specialist input)

• Patients under active hospital dermatology management

• Severe allergic or systemic skin reactions

• Children under 14
