🚫 Who We Are Unable to See in Clinic

For your safety, we are unable to assess or treat patients with:

• Severe difficulty breathing or swallowing saliva

• Drooling or inability to open mouth fully (possible serious infection)

• Signs of airway obstruction

• Severe neck swelling or stiffness

• High fever with severe systemic illness

• Suspected peritonsillar abscess requiring urgent hospital treatment

• Children under 5 with severe symptoms
