🚫 Who We Are Unable to See in Clinic

For your safety, we are unable to assess or treat patients with:

• Signs of kidney infection (e.g. fever, back/flank pain, vomiting)

• Severe abdominal pain

• Blood in urine without prior investigation

• Recurrent UTIs requiring specialist input

• UTIs in pregnancy

• Men with urinary symptoms (require GP assessment)

• Catheter-associated infections

• Children under 5

• Known complex urological condition
